As for apartment rental costs in Colonia Guadalupe Victoria they are approximately $13,900 Mexican pesos, on the other hand in areas such as Zona Centro and Juarez the estimated value is between $15,900 Mexican pesos and $19,900 Mexican pesos, finally, in areas with more offer such as Cacho, Residencial Agua Caliente or Chapultepec the prices range between $26,000 Mexican pesos and $33,800 Mexican pesos.
