For 5 years, the Mexico Gastronomic Guide has sought to recognize 120 best restaurants in Mexico, and this 2020 was no exception.

This guide published by Larousse Cocina, which achieved the compendium of these 120 restaurants due to the selection of Culinaria Mexicana (Mexican Culinary), with Nespresso and S. Pellegrino.

It was through a gala dinner at the St. Regis hotel in Mexico City, under the direction of Juan Claudio Poblete, editorial director of Culinaria Mexicana, where he recognized the best of Mexico's cuisine and made this 2020 guide known.

Among the 120 best restaurants in Mexico 8 are in the beautiful state of Baja California:

The jury was made up of journalists, gastronomic researchers, bloggers and academics, all experts in gastronomics. They also evaluated the solidity and consistency in the gastronomic proposal, service quality and food preparation, balanced price-quality and involvement with society.

In addition, one of the special mentions was to] Fauna, for Best Restaurant in Mexico and proudly from Baja California.
